These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Noor mobile application (the “App”). These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Noor (“Noor,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we do, we will post the updated Terms. Your continued use of the App after changes become effective means you accept the revised Terms. You should review these Terms periodically.

2. Description of Service

Noor is a community platform designed for Muslims to connect with local resources and one another. The App may include:

• An interactive map to discover mosques, halal restaurants, and Islamic institutes nearby
• Community clubs for users to connect and organize around shared interests
• Event discovery and creation for local community gatherings
• A halal verification voting system where users can confirm whether restaurants serve halal food
• Donation features enabling users to support mosques and Islamic institutes via Stripe
• A premium (“Pro”) subscription offering enhanced features, such as unlimited club creation, unlimited event hosting, donation setup for mosques and institutes, and priority support
